How to Build a Salsa Bar

  • 2 cups white corn tortilla chips
  • 2 cups hot corn tortilla chips
  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1 cup guacamole sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup hot salsa
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • GUACAMOLE SAUCE
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • HOT SALSA
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
GUACAMOLE SAUCE
  1. Peel and add avocado to a food processor.
  2. Add the other ingredients and pulse until smooth.
HOT SALSA
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
  2. Arrange tortillas chips, avocados, guacamole sauce, sour cream, and hand hot salsa on a platter or wooden cheese board.
  3. In conclusion, Garnish with lime, red chili peppers and jalapeno.
