Whipped Feta Dip

  • 8 oz feta, room temperature
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Olive oil, red pepper flakes and chopped parsley for garnish

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
